Dr. Rakhshinda Tanweer

Dr. Rakhshinda Tanweer is a respected sonologist and instructor based in Karachi, Pakistan. She serves as the Lead Sonologist at De Duce Ultrasound & Training Institute, where she leads both diagnostic ultrasound services and educational programs aimed at doctors, sonographers, and allied health professionals. Her educational background includes an MBBS degree, a Master of Public Health (MSPH), and a Diploma in Ultrasound, equipping her with both clinical and public health perspectives.

Before her role at De Duce, she has been associated with Dr Essa Laboratory & Diagnostic Center as a sonologist and instructor since September 2021. She has also contributed to ultrasound training courses under the Sindh Board Technical Education and held other educational / instructional roles. Her work emphasizes accurate diagnostic imaging (including obstetric, gynecological, abdominal, pelvic scans, etc.), ethical practice, and bridging theory with hands-on training. Her experience in both patient diagnostics and teaching makes her well-positioned to lead ultrasound training efforts in Karachi.
