Dr. Engy Elsherif is a highly skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplasty, based in Cairo, Egypt. After graduating from Kasr Al-Ainy Medical School in 2009, she earned her Master’s degree in Ophthalmology and then her Doctorate (MD) with a subspecialty focus on ophthalmology and oculoplasty. She has since become a leading figure in her field locally, performing over 5,000 surgeries at renowned institutions including Kasr Al-Ainy Hospital, the Memorial Institute for Ophthalmic Research, and the Ophthalmology Hospital.

Her surgical expertise covers blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), ptosis (drooping eyelid) repair, various lacrimal (tear-duct) procedures, brow ptosis correction, ectropion & entropion repairs, periorbital rejuvenation, and more.
